Well I am off.......
Today after a lovelý ride to the airport with Cameron and Coco I arrive at the international terminal and enter into the first class line. I am feeling pretty good, got my SF wear on and mý shades, wheeling in with my brand new state of the art soft \hard suitcase, come to a stop let go a new suitcase and watch as it slowly tips over into the next isle taking the entire isle straps with it toppling the entire line and bumping into all the fancy important passengers. They all look at me with disgust and loathing as if I am a pathetic rookie traveler....My face is burning red..neck breaking out.
I think about something I had told my nieces one time while at Disneyland. They were very embarrassed about something that happened and I said "girls, who cares what these people think..we will never see them again". We then proceeded to invent a ridiculous dance move which we still perform to this day when the spirit moves us.. So of course I laughed about it and the moment passed (didn't break out the dance move though).
What a beginning.....
Back to the Bloody Mary. A bloody mary is a popular vodka drink named after an infamous Queen Mary 1. She was a brutal leader with plenty of blood on her hands. The bloody in this cocktail is a reference to the color of red..in the drink its tomato juice, with a whole bunch of raw horseradish, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, pepper and a splash of celery salt. If done properly it can be a taste of heaven. It has become a tradition for me to embibe in the pleasures of the Bloody Mary while traveling. I don´t drink them any other time as that would deminish the thrill a little for me. I have consumed them all over the world at airports and on planes so here I am one hour before my flight putting Eric the bartender to the test... I can see that he has a little sweat dripping off his forehead as he is fully aware of the importance I place on the qaulity of this prize...A+ fór Eric.´
Cheers!
